10th Std is just a beginning.....
Its going on from decades, that "boards hai is saal", "10th main hai", "pura saal padhna padega", "bahar ghumna, mobile, friends sab bandh", etc.etc.. Can we know why?????? So much stress, anxiety for exams.
Our kids are giving exam every year, so why to create hype for board exam? Though, we are listening all this from an era but the major difference between yesterday and today is that we never had parental, social, mental, emotional pressure of scoring among 90's or ranking excellent or getting branded college.
Come on parents our kids themselves are brand, lets not put them in peer pressure of unhealthy competition. I request all my dear parents and students board exams are starting soon but relax and calm down. 10th std exam is just beginning of your career and not an end. A child scoring 90% and above is not a hero and child scoring lesser than it is not a zero. Till 9th std you have given exams consider it as a same way dont panic and take a deep breathe. Even if a child has not scored in 90's or 80's still he /she will get admissions in 11th std. Even if a child fails, there is always a second attempt. Parents just hug them tight and make them feel we are here with you, give your best we will accept the way you score. And just see how a child would feel and get relaxed mentally.
There will be chance to give re-exam or score well in next exams but just remember there is no second chance to live life. Our life, emotional and mental balance is more important.
Students must make their timetable which includes a little time to play or its favorite hobby with studies it is must needed to refresh them. If a child studies just for few hours with proper concentration that is more enough rather than being a book worm for long hours without concentration. Keep a good check on physical, mental and emotional health. Eat healthy, have a sound sleep, practice yoga, and follow your timetable.
We have so many examples in our daily life who haven't scored well in their school curriculum but still they are "Shining Star" in their career. Don't get dominated by peer pressure of scoring high but ya try your level best to give your best performance in examination according to your caliber so you can be our future "Rising Star".
Whenever you feel low or worried about exams talk to your parents, teachers, counsellors or the person whom you feel can guide you best. Your future is not judged by the past so do well and score well.
All the Best come out with excellent results and make your parents, near and dear ones, teachers and society proud of you.
